I have been using it for several months although February for me was kind of brutal as I just came out of a depression like a heavy dark cloud that has lifted. Day light savings has a lot to do with the change for me as it is now light until 7:30pm. I am not sure I am reaping the benefits I'd like to see from the light as I have been using it since December.
