About Me:: I suffer from severe clinical depression, anxiety and panic attacks. But winter is the hardest time of the year for me or when it is gloomy outside. I suffer from insomnia, and lack of energy . I need serious help, I want to research more and more about the subject.

Favorite TV Shows:: Do not watch tv on a regular basis I am a reader. But if I were to pick I would pick Gray's Anatomy and Scrubs
